Devmotec Web Development Services

Devmotec (hereinafter, "The Provider"), represented by James Vilca, offers custom web design and development, landing pages, custom web systems, and tailored digital solutions.

By hiring our services, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Devmotec offers, among others:

• Landing Page Development
• Corporate Website Development
• Web System Development with backend and database
• Payment Gateway Integration
• Technical Maintenance and Support (if hired)
• Subsequent Optimization and Improvements

The specific details of the service will be established in the quote or proposal sent to the client.

• All projects require a 50% deposit to initiate.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery or publication of the site.
• Payments are non-refundable once development has started.
• Additional changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

In case of delay in the final payment, Devmotec may suspend project delivery until full payment is received.

The project scope will be defined in writing (message, contract, or quote).

Any additional request not initially contemplated may generate extra costs and an extension of delivery times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Client response times
• Content delivery (texts, images, logos)
• Changes requested during development

Delays on the client's part will not be the responsibility of Devmotec.

The client agrees to:

• Provide legal and original content.
• Deliver necessary materials in a timely manner.
• Review progress and approve deliverables within agreed deadlines.

The client is responsible for the content published on their website.

Once full payment is received:

• The client will own the delivered design and development.
• Devmotec may display the project in its portfolio as work performed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Source files not included in the initial agreement will not be delivered.

Unless contracted as an additional service:

• Devmotec is not responsible for hosting or domain.
• The client is responsible for keeping their domain and server active.

If Devmotec manages the hosting, additional terms will be established.

Post-delivery support is not included unless a maintenance plan has been contracted.

Any future modifications will be quoted separately.

Devmotec is not liable for:

• Financial losses derived from the use of the site.
• Failures caused by third parties (hosting, plugins, payment gateways).
• Cyberattacks outside its control.

If Devmotec manages the hosting, additional terms will be established.

If the client cancels the project:

• The deposit will not be refunded.
• Work advanced to date may be partially or fully delivered based on evaluation.

If Devmotec cancels the project for justified cause, the proportional part of the unworked project will be refunded.

Devmotec reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

The new conditions will apply to future contracts.
